The Master of Arts in International Administration (MAIA), at the College of Arts and Sciences, prepares students for careers in the administration of public and private organizations. It combines world affairs, organizational administration and management courses to tackle tough topics like human rights, disaster relief, security and sustainability.

The MAIA program is offered as a hybrid program, with one online course offering per term, totaling four out of ten online courses. The remaining in-person course offerings are taught during evening hours on our Coral Gables campus.

Why Get a Master of Arts in International Administration?
Employment for individuals with administrative training in areas of disaster preparedness, emergency management, climate mitigation, and health care has doubled in the last 10 years and is expected to double again by 2026 according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.
